It was my first time playing Cindy on tour. I had trained with her though, and she took a game of me. So I knew it was going to be tough!
She is training in Egypt now with Takashi (Mohamed Reda) and he is doing a great job with her, she is starting to play like an Egyptian!
I am lucky to take the first game, it was so close, tie break. Very happy with it.
I would mean the world for me to play in front of the pyramids. Since I was very young, I saw Shabana, Barada, and it has always been my dream to play on that court. So if I win on Saturday, I’ll be able to tell my kids “I played there”…
